End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Starwardz LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Starwardz mobile applications (“Apps”) on devices you own or control, strictly for personal or internal business use.

2. Scope & Devices

The Apps may be used on supported platforms (e.g., Android, iOS) in accordance with the platform providers’ terms. Some features may require an active internet connection or an active subscription.

3. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Apps.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Do not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Apps to third parties.
• Do not circumvent or interfere with security, DRM, or access controls.
• Do not use the Apps for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Data & Privacy

Use of the Apps is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Apps, you consent to the processing of data as described there, including device identifiers, usage telemetry, crash logs, and content you voluntarily provide.

5. Updates & Changes

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions that may automatically install. Some updates may be required to continue using the Apps. Features and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Third-Party Services

The Apps may rely on or link to third-party services (e.g., app stores, cloud APIs). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. Starwardz is not responsible for third-party services or content.

7. Open-Source Components

The Apps may include open-source software. To the extent required, applicable open-source licenses govern your use of those components. Copies of licenses will be provided within the App or on our website when required.

8. Ownership

The Apps are licensed, not sold. Starwardz and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Apps and associated intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to you under this EULA.

9. Export & Regional Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You represent you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not a prohibited party under applicable trade laws.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Apps. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARWARDZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Starwardz harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Apps or violation of this EULA.

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in courts located in Iowa, USA.
